Case-IH 1255 XLA tractor

After unification with Case, the International 1255 XL tractor was presented as the Case-IH 1255 XL. The model was largely identical to the International except for the name and the Case-IH colors. The engine was an International 6 cylinder turbo diesel engine of 125 hp. In the autumn of 1986, the old Inter model was said goodbye and the model was modified to give the Case 1255 XL more of a Case-IH Look. The transmission used was a synchronized 20 + 9 gearbox. The addition of the A in the model number stood for Allrad (4WD)
